I had a wonderful experience durung the Renaissance Spa. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and renewal. I truly needed this moment to step away from my daily routine, recharge, and focus on myself.

One of my favorite parts was the rooftop hot pool. The view was breathtaking and created such a peaceful and calming experience.

I also had the privilege of learning from Coach Sandy, who was incredible. She shared practical techniques for decompressing and managing stress, while encouraging us to take good care of the bodies God has entrusted to us. Her expertise in self-care is evident, and I especially appreciated her faith-based approach to wellness and personal growth.
