By accessing the Site, booking a call, purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Company offers coaching programs (including the Feminine Renaissance transformation program), digital products (e-books and audiobooks), physical products sold through the Company’s affiliated shop, in-person and virtual events (including the Renaissance Hiking Club, Renaissance Spa retreat, and Renaissance in Bloom), and related content. Availability, pricing, and offerings may change at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, enroll in programs, or book events through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Purchases, Payment & Enrollment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise specified for installment plans. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. No Refunds, Returns, or Transfers

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Products, digital content, coaching programs, and event or retreat bookings made through the Site are non-refundable, non-returnable, and, in the case of events and bookings, non-transferable. Full details are set out in the Company’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Health, Wellness & Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching, programs, content, and products offered through the Site are for informational and self-development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, nutritional, or professional advice. 9. Events, Retreats & Physical Activities

Certain offerings, including the Renaissance Hiking Club and Renaissance Spa retreat, involve physical activity and inherent risk. By registering for or attending any such event, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and release the Company from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company may require a separate liability waiver or release form prior to participation.
